Some cities are built on rock and roll; the Cape is partially built on the myriad of unique restaurants turning out delicious dishes made with ingredients pulled from local waters. Fin, newly opened in Dennis Village by Chef Martha Kane and her husband, oyster grower Jonathan Smith, is serving up innovative dishes. Kane (formerly of the Brewster Fish House) will be plating contemporary seafood meals such as Baked Cape Cod Bay Oysters with pancetta, Yellow Fin Tuna and Sea Urchin Ceviche with an avocado flan, and Garlic Thyme Marinated Shrimp with creamy mascarpone polenta. Kane and Smith will be sourcing fresh ingredients from CapeAbilities farm in Dennis as well as Surrey farm in Brewster.
