Inspired by the growing Brazilian population on Cape Cod, Kelly de Paula and her business partner Max opened the Brazilian Grill in 2000. They bring the flavors of Brazil in a big way with their Brazilian barbecue, Churrasco a Rodizio, consisting of a variety of grilled meats including beef, lamb, pork, and poultry carved at your table. Unlimited visits to the Cape’s largest salad bar are also included. One price for all you can eat. Big appetites welcome.
De Paula and her partner are dedicated and work very hard to offer an excellent dining experience. “We like what we do,” says de Paula. They emphasize quality service to their small, mostly Brazilian staff and encourage them to ensure their customers have a good time. In Brazil, food and conversation go together.
“We offer good food typical of Brazil. Everything is fresh and homemade,” says de Paula. By introducing a different cuisine to the area, many customers comment that the restaurant feels like Brazil and has not been Americanized. It’s truly a Brazilian eating experience from the food to the service to the atmosphere.
“You know you’ve acquired success when a customer says, ‘I’ve heard good things’”, de Paula explains, “and later discover that the customer heard about the Brazilian Grill on the beach.” Positive feedback can come from anywhere. Good food catches on and at the Brazilian Grill you’re sure to find just that.
