Atria Woodbriar is a unique, family-style assisted living community in the heart of Cape Cod on beautiful Jones Pond. Looking for a special place, this is it! Over 400 people from the local area use our indoor heated pool and activity rooms each month. We have a parade of dogs, children and parents every weekday afternoon. This adds a nice connection to a younger population from the community of Falmouth.
Atria Woodbriar offers 24 hour concierge staffing, you will never get a recording. We offer 8 levels of care including memory impairment. Short-term stays for family vacations or a transition to home are available. We hold our community to the highest standards. We have 
managers who have been here for an average of 10 years and 50% of our employees have been here for over 5 years. We rank at the very top of both customer and employee satisfaction surveys. We haven’t even mentioned our great food service, 24 hour Café, free transportation, linen service, pets are welcome, local moving, free furniture, or mystery rides in our van along the coast.
Our engaged life director, Kathy Hazelton, has certifications in yoga, exercise and weight lifting and Alzheimer’s Support Groups. We really do engage life here at Atria Woodbriar! One enjoyable activity; bench sitting (pick your bench in town, at the library or on the beach, we drop you off to sit and enjoy a beautiful Cape Cod day). Need to pick up that extra college degree? Sign up for an Atria Woodbriar s mini-university (the world famous “professor Houlihan” leads your class). If you are just feeling a little antsy jump-in our Lincoln Towne Car with Janice and run a few errands. We also encourage you to bring your neighborhood bridge, poker, mahjong or gourmet club here at our community on your regularly scheduled night. Just like you would at home!
